So looking forward to helping you begin (or continue) your Pilates journey!
Here are a few things to know before we get started...

Please fill out a Terms and Conditions Waiver and
Client Agreement Form before starting your first session
Have a water bottle and towel handy
Wear comfortable clothes to move in

Online Clients

Download Zoom to your device
Have a comfortable mat to lie on, or a towel on carpeted floor
24 hour cancellation policy applied to all online sessions. Cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a full charge for that appointment.
Payment for session required 24 hours prior to session (applies to virtual clients only)

In-Home Clients

Please wait in your car until it is your time for your private session

Zelle, Venmo, and check are all accepted methods of payment.

Pilates privates available via in-person or Zoom. Gurnee, Grayslake, Lindenhurst, Libertyville, and surrounding areas.
